The information we collect when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase including name, address, phone number, email address and any other details, are used to process and complete your order. We will contact you to confirm your order, update you on your order or rectify an issue with your order. You will not be added to our mailing list unless you choose to by checking the box during the checkout process. We promise to only email you occasionally when we have something exciting to share, no one likes spammy emails. We do not store any financial information you provide during your purchase, all payments are processed by third party payment services (i.e. PayPal, Stripe).

Sharing your personal Information
We share your information with our courier provider, this includes name, address, phone and email to ensure your order is shipped to you correctly.

Prices

All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Vine Decor reserves the right to revise the price of goods at any time.

Descriptions and Images

All items are described as accurately as possible, and images are provided to show the product as accurately as possible. However, different computers and devices can show colours slightly differently depending on their settings, so actual items may vary slightly in colour from what is seen on this website.

Damages/Refunds

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our custom products (such as custom leaf prints or keyrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you paid shipping costs on the original order, we are unable to refund this amount.
