Our products are printed to order, 3D printing is a slow process so please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your tracking number so you can follow the delivery, all orders are sent by tracked courier. If you need your order by a specific date please email us and we will do our best to ensure it arrives on time.
Shipping costs
Our keyrings and propagation pins have a shipping charge of $4.50 per order.
All other products have a shipping charge of $7.95 per order.
All orders over the value of $100 will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping costs will automatically be added at the checkout.
Approximate delivery times
Once your order is dispatched it should arrive in 1-2 business days.
Please add 2-3 business days for rural deliveries.
Please note:
- We are unable to arrange delivery on weekends.
- We do not deliver to the Chatham Islands or Great Barrier Island.
- We are only able to deliver to physical street addresses. NO PO Boxes or Private Bags sorry.
- At this stage we cannot offer international shipping.
- All orders are sent at BUYERS RISK. Vine Decor is not responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit due to courier carelessness or for any other reason beyond our control.
- During busy sale periods, public holidays & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes and increased demand on courier services.
