Our range includes plant pots, climbing frames, propagation stations, plant-themed key rings, and custom designs. All products are made to order using high-quality, eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

Yes — we ship to all destinations across New Zealand, including rural addresses. Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order. Visit our Shipping page for full details on delivery times and rural delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard NZ Post delivery takes 2–5 business days to most New Zealand addresses. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been sent.

Because our products are 3D printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and include a photo — we’ll make it right. For custom orders, please review your design proof carefully before confirming.

Our plant accessories are made from durable 3D printed materials. To keep them looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat, which can affect the finish over time. For pots used with water (propagation stations), they are designed to hold water — just rinse them out periodically to keep them clean.
