We ship all orders from Kaiapoi, New Zealand — nationwide delivery available
📦 Standard Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
Once dispatched, standard NZ Post delivery usually takes 2–5 business days to most New Zealand addresses.
Rural delivery addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days.
💚 Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
All shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your purchase — no surprises at checkout.
Packaging
We take care to package all orders securely so your items arrive in perfect condition. We aim to use minimal and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible, in keeping with our commitment to sustainability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use your tracking number on the NZ Post tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll make it right. Please include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
As our products are made-to-order and 3D printed, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. For custom orders, please review your design proof carefully before confirming.
